drew barrymore & jessica lange in grey gardens (2009, feature film) drew & jessica are my girlhood idols so I am absolutely looking forward to seeing this too some day.

I borrowed a sewing machine & I'm so looking forward to finally being able to sew dresses & tops based on my (quite large) collection of vintage patterns. with the right fabrics & alterations these will be so chic & fun =)

just when I started to believe spring was near, it gets frightfully cold & snows all over again. I'd hereby like to declare to the universe that I am perfectly ready to wear my spring appropriate footwear, so enough with the slush already, ok thanks.

speaking of designers remix collection, this is one of my favourite dresses, from their collection a few years back. it's a very simple vintage-inspired knit dress.

I have long been a fan of charlotte eskildsen of designers remix collection & I love these casually chic, soft & very wearable outfits for spring. despite my love for florals & colour, I wear a lot of white! most of the collection is very sculptural & edgy though.

also, I thought it would be nice to feature some of my favourite designers, photographers & others from denmark here on my blog, so they will appear sporadically under the label dansk.
